These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of girofelizz.com and to enquiries, reservations, visits and participation connected with Giro Felizz dining and offline poker experiences in Melbourne, Australia. By continuing to use the website, making an enquiry, arranging a visit, attending, or taking part in an applicable experience, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.

Giro Felizz brings together restaurant hospitality, modern Australian cuisine, cocktails, late-night dining and physical, face-to-face poker. Some terms apply to the website generally, while others apply when you ask about or attend dining, Card Room, Texas Hold’em, tournament, group or private arrangements. Please read the parts relevant to your plans before relying on an arrangement.

Dining arrangements

Restaurant availability, seating requests and service arrangements are subject to confirmation. A request made through Giro Felizz is not confirmed until Giro Felizz confirms it. Availability can depend on the nature of the visit and operational conditions at the time of your enquiry or attendance. When making an enquiry, please provide accurate contact details and, where relevant, clear group details so the request can be considered appropriately.

If there are needs that may affect the arrangement of your visit, please raise them directly when making your enquiry. Giro Felizz may respond with the information available for the proposed occasion, but visitors should not assume that an unconfirmed request, preference or arrangement has been accepted.

Dinner and Card Room progression

Dinner outside. Offline poker inside. Dining and Card Room participation are distinct parts of the overall Giro Felizz experience. They may have separate availability, entry, session and conduct requirements. A dining visit does not itself create an entitlement to Card Room access or a particular session. When moving between spaces, visitors should follow confirmed arrangements and reasonable staff guidance.

Physical, face-to-face play

Giro Felizz poker activity is conducted in person, around real poker tables, with participants and staff sharing the physical Card Room environment. Poker happens offline. References to offline poker Australia and offline poker Melbourne describe face-to-face participation at the venue, rather than remote or online activity. Poker players are expected to be present for the relevant session, attentive to the shared table setting and willing to follow reasonable staff directions.

Card Room Melbourne sessions, Poker Lounge access, live poker Melbourne tables, poker tables Melbourne and poker nights Melbourne may vary according to programming, capacity, staffing, venue operations and confirmed arrangements. Visitors should not assume that a preferred poker table, room, time or format will be available. Information provided before a visit is intended to assist with planning, but the applicable session conditions and staff guidance remain important on the day.

Staff directions and room access

To maintain a respectful, face-to-face Card Room experience, staff may manage seating, movement, table allocation, participation order and access to the Card Room or Poker Lounge. Visitors must follow reasonable staff directions relating to physical poker tables, room flow and shared participation. Giro Felizz may decline, pause or end participation where conduct or operational requirements make that necessary.

They do not guarantee a particular format, structure, participant mix or table arrangement for every session.

Your place at the poker table

Your place at the poker table. Poker players should arrive ready for the confirmed session, respect table flow and understand that a place at a poker table is managed by venue capacity and staff direction. Late arrival, absence, disruption or non-compliance may affect participation. This supports orderly, face-to-face play and does not create a promise that a preferred table or place will be held.

Guests and poker players must treat staff, diners and fellow participants respectfully. This applies across restaurant and Card Room environments, including face-to-face poker, tournament poker and live tables. Harassment, intimidation, unsafe behaviour and deliberate disruption are not acceptable. Visitors should act with consideration for the intimate nature of dining and physical table play, and should respond calmly to reasonable staff requests that support the shared setting.

Care for the setting

Visitors must take reasonable care around restaurant furnishings, Card Room fittings, poker tables, cards and other venue materials. Please alert staff if you notice damage or a safety concern. Staff directions about equipment, room setup and the use of shared table materials should be followed so the setting remains comfortable and workable for everyone present.

Please respect the privacy and comfort of others, particularly in intimate dining and Card Room settings.
